Maintenance tool not showing newest versions

When I run the maintenance tool, I keep getting the dreaded "not version greater than 3.0.2, please update first". I then proceed to update the tool and there's no update. Choosing Add or remove components never shows me the newer QT versions, only up to my current installed 5.12.

Uninstall Qt, then install fresh.

@sierdzio Is there a way to add a newer version to an existing install? I don't want to uninstall the original 5.12?

You can install it again together with newer versions.
