create android app for install other android app

hi sorry for bad question, i dont know anything about android development in qt

i want to create a android app with QT for doing this stuff
1- copy some file to android obb and data folder
2- after that install a apk in user android phone

i know this is a very bad question, but i hope some one help me And show me way to do this two step
