i have downloaded qt-everywhere-src-5.15.0 how to install or use it

my this downloaded file is in download folder where should i keep this folder and how to use and install it please can anybody teel it i am running ubuntu 20.04 previously i deleted all qt5 files show there is error so i have downloaded it. i have extracted the tar.gz file now can anybody tll in details what to do with this offline installer.
this error was occuring as i deleted all files of qt5

Do you want to build Qt by yourself? If not download Qt Online Installer and install what you need (Qt, QtCreator).

@jsulm i want to fix that occurring problem which i have shown above and i have deleted many of qt5 files so how to fix it
@AnoxBotox "this error was occuring as i deleted all files of qt5" - why did you uninstalled Qt? Just install it again.
