Why can't QDoc find my .h file?

Hi,
I have two questions：
First, it is displayed that "Cannot find 'MwExternal' specified with '\class' in any header file" when qdoc runs.

Second, some .html files are not generated, but there is no warning.
eg:

I am sure to add the header file directory in the configuration file.

I found that qdoc is very sensitive to macros. QDoc can identify classes in the first and second pictures, but not in the third picture.
