If QT5.15.0 still needs ICU?

Hi experts,
Our company is trying to upgrade QT to commercial license and now we are doing some research. Regarding to the ICU, I have two questions:1. does QT5.15 still needs ICU? 2. If yes, what version of ICU matches the QT5.15?
If QT5.15 still needs ICU, is it enough that i just copy the ICU binaries to the QT bin folder? which modules or plugins require ICU?

@naeco2005 Looks like ICU is optional, see https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/windows-requirements.html#icu
Also, if you have a commertial license you can ask QtCompany for support.
