Another VS Tools Translation question

I want VS Tools to automatically create the .qm files from the .ts files when I build my VS project.

Unfortunately the only obvious way to generate these is to right click the .ts file and select the lrelease option.

I've added a "Custom Build Step" to my project which hacks around this:

I'll admit I'm not happy with that approach. Is there a better way ...
