How to install Qt offline from Qt archives files

What are the steps to be followed in windows 10 if i want to install Qt offline from files downloaded from Qt archives. I want to do it Qt Setup because i am getting very slow speed in the Qt installer.

Did you download the exe ?

https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.12/5.12.7/qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.12.7.exe

Login Option : you can use your present details of Qt Account or even skip it.
Select required components you want to install & Continue :)

@Girin Well, you download the exe and start it like any other (double click). Or do you have some more specific problems with this?
