Ui differs between Qt Creator and deployed

When i start my program in Qt Creator my UI looks normal, as soon as i deploy it and start it there (same computer) the ui looks different

Am i missing something?

@jsulm right Direction, wrong plugin. The Program missed the plugin/styles folder not the plugin/platformthemes.

plugins/platformthemes/ from your Qt installation I guess
