How to Install QT version 5.0 and Above For 32bit Linux Sysytem

    According to subject line i have to install QT version 5.0 or above on my Linux based system (32 bit)

    I tried but not find any 32bit Linux run file.

    check on this link https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.12/5.12.0/

    can anyone help me out.

    i have to use QT QUick application thats why im trying to change QT version.
    now im using -QT 4.8.6(qt4) version

    • Qt Creator 3.2.1
    • Based on Qt 5.3.2 (GCC 4.9.2, 32 bit)
      System Details-
      Debian 8.0
      32 bit(i386)

      Hi,

      The 32bit pre-built version for Linux has been stopped a long time ago due to low downloads number.

      You have two options here:

      • Use the Qt 5 version provided by your distribution
      • Build the Qt 5 version you need yourself

        • Build the Qt 5 version you need yourself

          It's all in the documentation and in the wiki if you want to build from a git clone.

          Start from the source tar ball. It will be simpler.

          Also, a quick query with your favorite search engine would have gotten you the answer faster.
