Multiple version of Qt Creator

Hi,
I use multiple versions of Qt Creator - one for Android version of my app and one for Windows version of my app. I have to use multiple versions of Qt Creator because I'm unable to build both Android and Windows app in one version of Qt Creator. There is some bug... But that is not important.When I open my project in one Qt Creator, it erases project's configuration made by the other Qt Creator. How to persist my project's configuration accross multiple Qt Creator versions?
