Qt app user interface not good looking on the Ubuntu 18

Hi,

I designed my qt app UI QtCreator forms and looking good. when I compiled and run UI is not same as seen in the qtcreator design.

how can I get What I designed in qtCreator when I deployed with the qtapplication deploy tool in linux ?

any idea ?
