What is wrong with my QT download

I've recently redownloaded Anaconda version 2.7 Mac version. the last two times, I downloaded Anaconda under macos Catalina, realizing that the reason it wasn't working right was probably because I was at first using it from macos Mojave, so i downgraded. Already it was better, but QT designer wouldn't work. I don't know why, and this is why I need help. The image you posted doesn't show up. You might want to consider posting the text of the error rather than a picture.
