How to transfer programs to MacOS

I compiled the program into MacOS.
The program has a SQLite database.
When I transfer the program to another computer, the program cannot write to the database.
Probably limited access to write to the database.
How can I write to the database?

Store the database in a suitable place provided by QStandardPaths.

For convenience, I put the database in the program folder. Is it possible to establish how to work with the database inside the folder with the program.

No it's not. macOS rule: the content of an app bundle can't be modified. They are usually stored in /Application which is shared and read-only for users.
