Wrong Font Rendering

Hi,
In my Software based on Qt 5.9.8 (Qt Widgets Application ) i am facing a problem with QGraphicsTextItem.
I have testet it with the latest Version 5.12.4. But there is the same Problem.

With some Fonts the letter "J" is rendered outside the boundingRect.
I have attached a little test project where you can see the problem.

Has anybody an idea what could be the problem? Can this be solved or is it the best approach to remove these fonts ?

This is a problem on macOS and Windows.

I cannot test Linux at the time.

There is the same bug in Qt 5.13.
