Connection between xampp and Qt 5.12 sous linux

I want to make a small application with Qt 5.12.2. The application would be related to my Xampp server. But the worry is I have the mistake:
driver not loaded.
I have browsed the forum but I am not satisfied. Your help will be welcome. Thank you in advance!

What does running your application with the QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS environment variable set to 1 ?
