Is there openssl 1.1 prebuilt for Android? in Qt 5.13 beta 4

I upgraded app to qt 5.13 beta 4 and it stoped to work with openssl 1.0, so I try to build openssl 1.1
I am unable to build it with https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt5-5.13/android-openssl-support.html
So, may be there are prebuilt libs for that? -

yes -> google search
i won't point out any, because it is discouraged to use prebuilt security libs.
