Qt Creator and Maintenance tool does not react to user input

So today I started up qt creator to continue my work...after a few seconds qt creator did not register any of my inputs (keyboard or mouse) so basically I could not do anything...funny enough I still can move the window and resize it.... but hitting on X to close the qt creator does not work either...
I opened up maintenance tool to check for update or something but it did the same behaviour and after a few seconds it does not register my mouse and keyboard inputs...
So basically any Qt app that I open it becomes unresponsive after a few seconds...the CPU usage remains 0 and memory usage looks normal...
All other non-qt programs work fine on my PC. I am on Windows 10 latest update and Qt Creator 4.9.X I mean the latest official release...I am not sure what is going on....I have a crappy internet and I do not want to uninstall/reinstall...

Any chances that you had a Windows update in between ? A graphic card driver update ?
