      i am trying to install an rpm that requires the following:

      libQt5EglDeviceIntegration.so.5()(64bit)

      trying to get this from a something like packages.org and yum installing it, i am told i need further dependencies, all of which seem to imply that i need qt5.6. how can i install the entire qt5.6 dev suite, and is that even the right thing to do?

      thank you in advance.

        Hi and welcome to devnet,

        You should add which version of CentOS you are using.

            Before going further, why are you trying to install such an old version of Qt ?

              the point grey camera driver seems to require it. which is to say, it's not qt i want, it's the camera driver.

                In that case, I would rather go with the Qt online installer. This will allow you to choose which version of Qt to install.
