Looking for best low-cost beta mgmt system?

Hi there!
I am looking for the best web-based system to manage beta users, releases, analytics, crash reports, etc. HockeyApp seemed to be a great solution for this but it is transitioning to MS App Center and it looks like they have removed lots of features like user mgmt, for example. it would be nice to have a way to keep the users logged into my app and use those accounts to grant beta access as well.
I am currently using Sparkle for automatic updates.
I am a full-stack developer and can handle the implementation of any system, but am unfamiliar with the tools.

If you are looking for mobile platform handling, both Android and iOS have that as part of the "developer experience". Both Apple and Google provide management system for enrolling people in the beta stages of application development.
Is that what you are looking for ?

I'll eventually be releasing on iPad, but will only be on Mac for at least the next year. The next platform is Windows.

My point being, as far as I know no beta management is provided for desktop applications.

From the looks of the Distribute to registered computers (macOS), I would say you are correct.
