Missing dependency while running qt online installer

I'm experiencing the same problem on a Windows 7 Pro platform. I tried a total Qt delete from the Qt Maintenance app, but still get this error. I've deleted all Qt directories and deleted any reference in the registry. Still this error exists and prevents me from installing anything from the Qt site.
I have to say, I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one..

Hi, I am experiencing it too. Trying to download into my new computer. Currently what I tried doing is installing the offline installer. Not sure if it will work, but I download the installer from this link.
