Try out Qt Creator 16.0.0. We changed the order of searching tools on the machine that could unpack a 7z file.
Otherwise do try to install https://www.7-zip.org/ on your machine.

Finally, I have fresh installed it with Offline Installer, and it's working as expected. It seems isolated, so maybe nothing.

Well your screenshot does look like it sort of fallback on simpler rendering engine so it would make sense. Also it works, but looks different.
