Development environment:
macbook-m2pro
qt-6.9 + qt-creator 16.0.1

When running the program, this prompt always appears.

On which version of macOS ?
When you write "when running the program", do you mean:
- your application ?
- Qt Creator itself ?

Did you try to restart your machine once between two runs to check if it still comes up ?
