    Hello everybody
I've recently tried to update my qt installation. I am on a macos arm64 laptop.
But macos builds are missing for all versions of qt 6. Luckily, I still have qt 6.6.2 installed.
I couldn't find any hints about this on the qt website or by a web search.
Can anyone enlighten me? Do I have a local problem? Did Qt change it's policy and macos builds are gone?
I'm using an open source licence.
    Thank you for any help.

@gaess Try a different mirror. See "Selecting a mirror for opensource" in https://wiki.qt.io/Online_Installer_4.x

@jsulm Thank you for your advise. Sadly, the link on the wiki doesn't work. I found a list of mirrors here: https://download.qt.io/static/mirrorlist/
Checking two mirrors, I only found packages for mac_x86.
Setting the mirror when starting the package manager (e.g. to funet using "./MaintenanceTool --mirror https://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/download.qt-project.org/") doesn't help either.
So, prebuilt macos releases for arm may have been dropped?

@gaess said in binary builds missing for macos:

So, prebuilt macos releases for arm may have been dropped?

No, they are there. I installed Qt 6.8.x on my ARM Mac without issues.

@jsulm Thank you for the clarification. So this remains a mistery to me.

Turns out, that I'm just too stupid :-) macos builds have been renamed to "Desktop".
