Dialog issues on macOS

I am an amateur user of Python on the mac.
I’ve successfully installed PyQt5 and am using it in my little project.I have not been able to solve a missing windowTitle or preventing the ? icon in the dialog
searching on StackOverflow records similar problems from other Mac users.
I’m on macOS Monterey 12.7.1
Qt Designer 6.6.0
PtQt5 5.15
Python 3.10can you tell me if there is an upgrade,… or something I can do to rectify
this problem, or... -

Without any code others can only guess what you are doing...
