Just got it working again, was broken after updating. But a reboot seems to have fixed it.

Something is wrong with the plugin. It behaves so badly, that I have had to disable it completely. Look at this screenshot:

The memory usage is through the roof. What's more, is that clicking the icon yields this:

Hi Vass

I have installed ands removed the extension several times. In between there was a problem reported to connect to some url, when trying to access the options. This seems to be solved with just some patience.

However, where should I input my DevNet ID?
The options menu is a little rudimentary with "Refresh rate in minutes", "Show post tab", "Show wiki tab" and the possibility to save.

What is the trick I am missing?

BTW: Chrome is running on Win7 (64bit) and is version 10.0.648.205.

I've installed the application and I think it's great! but recently I have some issues, the icon looks gray and doesn't work properly.

Did you notice the "announcement":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/5451/ that the API that this plugin (and other similar applications) use has been temporarily disabled?

Vass, installed the chrome extension and then noted that the API is disabled. But from chrome 12 beta, I am still able to go to the options page and make changes to my setting. If I try the same in Chromium browser 10.0.648.205 (on Ubuntu 10.10 .. no Natty yet ...), it does not take me to the options page ... wonder if any issue with the browser or is it your extension. Just wanted to update you on the same ...

My guess would be when the load peaks are down enough, and according the image Marius posted in the other topic he referenced, that is not yet the case.

I updated extension. Please can try update it in your browsers.
Know issue: Sometimes after options saving needs restart browser or enable/disable extension.

@Vass: I've updated the plugin in Chrome and it looks like it's constantly hitting the devnet server for 5-7kb/s

I'm on Chrome 12.0.742.100 (the latest it's telling me) on Windows 7 Enterprise.
