Where can I find the QT 5-13 installer?

Hi, we are have been developing a software design to control an ultrasound machine for medical applications using QT and CUDA for GPU. The problem is that we need QT version 5-13 to work correctly with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and new versions. Unfortunately, the last available version of QT doesn't work. Please, can you send a link to the QT version 5-13? We are in urgent need of this version.
