How to shut down working instance qtcreator_process_stub exe when I push Ctrl + R (green arrow)

This the thing that Qt Creator uses to start your program with its specific environment, capture output etc. Exit your program and this will go away with it.

I need to shutdown old instance of qtcreator_process_stub exe when I push ctrl+r to open new instance for the same next time.
Any solutions?

As @jsulm has written, "Why?".
I suspect you would have to use kill/Task Manager if you really need to terminate the process.
