Qt creator not working correct after installation macOS 13

Hello... I have a problem with my qt creator, after installation macOS 13, firstly, my Qt Creator didn't see <iostream> library, now my qt creator is working with this library, but don't open in terminal, I have a communicate that there is no permission to open at the terminal.
Maybe sb have similar problem? Can sb help me with that ? -
