Perhaps, this days it will take a bit longerm, as it's the time between christmas and new year. Perhaps also Trolls have holidays this time :-)

Afaik the Trolls have holiday, but sometimes look in here.

The time I won Project elf (3. week) they said, the phones did not arrive at their office, so it may take a bit. And Marius udn Alexandra are on holidays....
