Why should I buy commercial license for a year if I can only buy it for a month?

They do have such tools and they do use them.

If you have been writing a software for 10 years and release it just 1 month after buying a license, everybody will know that it is impossible to write software this quickly!

It's about respecting other people's software. It's about integrity. It's about doing what you agreed to do when you downloaded and used the software.
If that doesn't make sense, ask yourself: Why can't someone have an affair with your spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend? You will never know about it anyway.

Yeah, I had a few cases where friends asked me why I buy software when I can just pirate it... I always thought the answer is obvious: I am a programmer. I get paid to make programs. I can only get paid if people actually buy the programs instead of stealing them. If I pirated stuff, I would be acting against myself.
Plus the other obvious argument: stealing is stealing. It's a crime. Don't do it! And as others mentioned above: it's pretty easy to spot if you cheat on the license like that, and if you do so completely knowingly and willingly (and even boast about it in a forum post!), they have an easy case to win in court against you. If that is actionable in court that is; I don't know.

personally I have the believe, that pirating is a matter of accessibility rather than cost. With the rise of Netflix, piracy of movies/series was on an all time low and now, that everyone and their mother has a streaming service with limited content, piracy is on the raise again.
You can actually see something similar with Microsoft and Gamepass its on the beginning of the circle there.
That said, don't cheat, don't steal, be a decent human being !
