On which distribution ?
Do you have an X11 session running ?
How you start your application ? -
Now its giving me this error!

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, xcb.
QT version : 5.12.8
qmake : 3.1
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
Kernel: Linux 5.4.104-ql-generic-12.0-7

If you do not have an X11 session running, you won't be able to use the xcb plugin.
What are you using to show your graphical application ?
