Replacing the Restricted area with an image in QGCS

Is there any library in QT which can be used to replace the restricted area's present in the QGCS with an image data where as keeping rest of the QGCS data as it is ?
image data contains pixels , longitude and latitude's.
The topic sounds really big!!! I really don't know where to start with. -

Its QGroundControl station.
This is not part of any Qt module I'm aware of so I think it's some third-party lib. Better ask there how to use this class.

Then you should contact their authors. You'll likely have better chance to get a timely answer. QGroundControl is not an official Qt module or application. That does not mean you won't get any help for it here but it's less likely that you'll find someone using it here than on their official support channels.
