Qt5.13 vs2017 configure generate bug,vs2017 create qt project error

the msvc2017 env is error ,the bug is qt_vars.targets function error.i reinstall the qt and vs2017,the bug is still exist.
which env i configure is fault?please help

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Qt VS Add-in already?
Also, how do you create the project? Is it from VS directly or from an imported Qt Creator project? Just to understand when the error comes up...
