Font Bitstream Charter in Thai Language doesn't scale it-self properly
-
I am building a qt widgets based application which needs multi language support.
Bitstream Charter font looks fine for English language, but when the language is changed to Thai, few characters are getting cut-off in the bottom.
All the size policies are in-place, there is enough room for vertical expansion.
With the same co-ordinates I have tried for a different font C059 [UKWN] which looks fine without any cut-off in Thai.
I have also increased the font-size for C059 still there is no cut-off.
This issue could be observed across many screens wherever that particular character is present. Is there a way to fix this problem without changing the font ? -
