    Nope, that's a new error for me.
    Normally I would suggest trying the offline installer but they removed them now it seems.. - so mail them and
    ask what to do.

      Normally I would suggest trying the offline installer but they removed them now it seems.. - so mail them and
      ask what to do.

      @mrjj Thanks - yes I have emailed them figured maybe the forum might have a quicker solution. Will post if I hear back from support.

        Any chance of you having an AMD processor ? I remember there was an issue some times ago with them that required an update on the machines.

          No AMD processor - really bizzare that the installer does not minimally log some info to help troubleshoot and just says email support : -)

          You would think they would like to avoid such emails...
