I've tried it all. I'm using version 5.12 and i have downloaded OpenSSL 1.1.1 and added it to the path enviroment and still this error keeps on coming

Hi and welcome to devnet,

Which release of 5.12 ? Depending on that you need OpenSSL 1.0. The default OpenSSL series switch happened with Qt 5.12.4.
