Moving undocked dockable windows

Hello,
Is there any reason why undocked dockable windows cannot be moved off-screen?
The main window of OpenSCAD has two dockable windows (the console window and the editor window). The main window can be moved off-screen, but if I undock either the console window or the editor window, I cannot move those off-screen. Why?
Any ideas?
