Disable qtest warnings

Is it possible to disable warnings during testing? the closest I have gotten is using the command line argument
-maxwarnings 1 which will disable warnings after the first, but I was hoping there is a cleaner way to go about this.

Ideally, during the running of my TestCases, I am looking to suppress all "qwarn" messages
