Cannot create account on forum

Hello all,

I was able to create an account on the forum but my colleague cannot. When trying to register, the following error is returned:

"Account for this email domain or IP address is not allowed."

What happen? Could someone allow all my domain name?

Are you using a disposable mailbox? like @junkmail.com or something similar?

Don't know if it is related, but I do not receive emails for notifications of changes, whereas I selected "Watching".

Or maybe it is not as frequent as daily for mail notifications?
