Quick Listview/Flickable is very not smooth when scroll or slide

I tried qml listview on my Android phone(Huawei mate 9) and iPhone(8plus), and I found that when I drag the list up or down, there always was a delay between the finger movement and the listview scrolling.
i tried that on my pc and MacBook the scroll was very smooth and there was no any delay between the mouse drag and the scrolling. so I want to known is there a way to eliminate the drag delay on Android? Thanks !
