Unsolved Create icons similar to ISO icons?
-
Hi,
I am quite new to Qt and would like to know if it is possible to create an icon simmilar to the ISO 7000 icons using GIMP or a simmilar program? I am using the non commercial Qt version. The ISO icons have the color property so you can adjust the color. They have a .dat extension. Or is there any other way to animate a color change of a self drawn icon?
Any help would be appreciated.

You can use a ColorOverlay on any QML item

Hi and welcome to devnet,
Are you referring to this ?
Otherwise I fail to see the relation between Qt and your desire to use GIMP to create such icons.

Hi SGaist,
yes, I was referring to these icons. There is a link to some of these icons here, and they also work in the non commercial Qt version.

So I was interested if there is a way to convert graphics drawn in GIMP or a simmilar programm to the same type as these icon files so I can change the color in an easy way.
raven-worx, that is a fairly easy way to do it. Thanks for the help. That is what I'll do.
I would still be interested if there is a way to convert graphics. Why would the Qt developers only let us use these ISO icon like this?
