help compiling/testing rss app on mac/win

I originally developed an rss reader solely for linux but I'm curious what changes would be required to make it compatible with mac/win. I don't have access to either platform. If anyone reading this is able to compile a qt app on those platforms please post your results. The source is at the link below. If any changes are needed to the source code please submit a pull request. Thank you!

It just compiled on Windows 10, Qt 5.12 visual studio 2015 compiler.
