    i don't have a modern Mac at the hands right now.

    Are you sure that this problem is related to Qt applications only? I mean i would suspect a general Mac window manager issue here.
    Can you try if other apps also have the same issue?

      No, other apps is normal, just qt apps encounter this problem.

                    I am not sure but I think there might be a common factor.
