Cross Compiler Issue

Now I am work with Toredex VF50 board and Qt creator also now I make the program in QT for serial communication it run successfully in PC but when I try to cross compile on board it shows* Error-When Executing Step* "Custom Process step__" But I checked with Projects tab the custom process step working Directory is "* %{BuildDir}* ", But I don't know how to resolve this Issues and I need to Know how to cross compile the code in on Toredex board. Please send me the Solution regard this issue as soon as possible.
