    Hi
    I'm resumig this old post:
Re: Offline installer enterprise edition miss add components feature

because I'm still not able to reinstall my commercial licenced version of Qt.
I have a perpetual commercial licence of Qt up to Qt 5.10.1, I downloaded the online installer but it does not give me the ability to download anything else than the open sourced version (see the image below).

Now I can reinstall a commercial version of Qt 5.10.1 using the offline installer but as I notified on this post if I forgot to select a component during the first installation I have to remove and reinstall everything to be able to add such missing component.

    can anyone help me?
    Many thanks

@DanieleB You should contact Qt Company. As you own a commercial license they should help you.

Hi @DanieleB, it sounds like the installer detected that your license is not valid for newer versions, but doesn't recognize your perpetual license for older versions.

Like @jsulm said, the best people to talk to is the Qt Company. You can point them to this report to clarify your case: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTIFW-1229
