Qt for WebAssembly

Im trying to get qt 5.12 and test WebAssembly, my probleme is the links here donk work :

"Supported host dev platforms: Linux, macOS, Windows Subsystem for Linux"Does this mean i can not test WebAssembly on Windows ?

Could you just tell me if i should be able to use WebAssembly on Windows

and what i need to pick and build ? qtbase or qtdeclarative ? of both ?
is there any tutorial i can use for test WebAssembly ?
Or, can i test WebAssembly with my qt5.11 verson maybe ?
