I just installed the Qt Creator and when I try to open a project it gives me the following message and does now allow me to configure the project. The message that I see is as follows:

    No valid kits found.

    Some information:
    Qt Creator 4.7.0
    macOS 10.13.6

Please advice as what I am missing here.

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Did you install the standalone Qt Creator ?

@SGaist I've installed Qt via Homebrew since many other projects have used it, of couse :). Is there any conflict if I choose to install Qt again with Qt Creator?

            Thanks,

No, they are independent. But you can use your brew installed Qt.
Add that Qt version to Qt Creator and make a Kit using it.
