On Windows (you did not say which OS you're using) this tool is located in c:\qt\MaintenanceTool.exe -

- with your systems package manager?
- with Qt online installer?
- with Qt offline installer?

With my systems package manager
@Nite-Coder then download the Qt online installer and start it. afterwards you have MaintenanceTool for futher upgrades.

Here's the problem with that... I can't install the file because it says it may harm my computer.
