Using WA_MacShowFocusRect on QTableView with a model - removing the focus when cell is clicked.

I have found 3 solutions in the forum searching for; WA_MacShowFocusRect. None are talking about focus on "cell".

How would I prevent the blue focus on the cell?

Out of curiosity, what exact effect do you want to achieve ?

I am looking to remove the focus border around the cell of QTableView when clicked inside it, I am using QStandardItemModel to populate it. On a mac the blue focus border is difficult to remove.
