    Hello everyone!

Can someone give me answer: what's the difference between OpenGL version of Qt and basic version? Saw that in installer. Thanks!

      Hello

"this page":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt-5-on-Windows-ANGLE-and-OpenGL explains the differences and also has some recommendations on which version you should choose.

      Hope it helps.
      H.

          Hi,

What do you mean by basic OpenGL ?

Qt allows you to setup your OpenGL environment and then you can use raw OpenGL functions. Qt also provides the QOpenGLFunctions_Y_X_Z classes which are wrappers around the corresponding OpenGL specification. By using these wrappers you're assured to not use functions from a later version of OpenGL.

          Hope it helps
